Church Street is one of the iconic locations within the heart of the village Conservation Area. Number 15 is a mid-terrace, although separated from the adjoining property on the ground floor by the access passageway.

One enters the house directly from the street into the front sitting room which has a cosy log-burner as a focal point.

The refitted kitchen is off the sitting room with stairs to the first floor. The kitchen is fitted with a range of white panelled units with a cooker and a under counter fridge-freezer.

Stairs from the kitchen lead up to the first floor with the master bedroom overlooking Church street. The refitted bathroom is at the rear and has bath with shower over, vanity unit and back-to-the wall W.C.

A door from the hallway accesses a staircase that leads to the top floor bedroom that has built in storage, a useful built in desk/dressing table and views across the village rooftops.

A door from the kitchen leads to the enclosed, decked courtyard.

At the end of the garden is a useful outbuilding ideal for use as an office, gym or utility/storage room. At the moment it houses the washing machine and drier and is used primarily for storage.
