The property can be found at the end of quiet cul-de-sac tucked away behind well kept hedging.

The property has three discrete reception rooms; a double aspect sitting room just as you go into the hallway, a larger family room off the kitchen (with access into the garden) and a front aspect study/music room. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with a range of cream Shaker-style units and the usual appliances with plenty of room for a dining table.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and the master suite which could be bedroom/ensuite plus single bedroom or dressing room. On the top floor there is a generous loft space plus one or two bedrooms depending on the required use.

Outside, the gardens are private and level with mature shrubs and trees, a patio, pond and lawned area. There is an outside office (currently used for overflow storage) with power and light.

To the front there is ample parking on the brick paviour driveway and a double garage.
