The owners of Watlington Court each own a share of the freehold via shares in the Watlington Court Residents Co.. There are annual charges of £2040 (payable quarterly) that cover: the building insurance, accountancy and management charges, communal electricity and cleaning of communal areas, gardening, window cleaning, preparation of the annual Health and Safety report and investment in the sinking fund and the roof reserve fund.
