The Partners of Wye Residential gained their knowledge and developed their expertise within the most the successful estate agents in High Wycombe. On witnessing the take over of these long established companies by nationwide chains they recognised the need for the retention of a local and independent service.
The distinctive electric blue branding of the Wye Residential office was revealed on June 1st 2009 in it’s prime location in Crendon Street and very quickly and relentlessly the electric blue signs appeared all over the town and into the surrounding villages. There was once more a local and independent estate agent in High Wycombe.
We are glad and proud to say that early success was no flash in the pan and in 2010 our second office was opened in Market Parade Hazlemere an area close to the hearts of the team that work from there.
Independent Partnership
All the partners have invested their own money into the Wye Residential Partnership and all truly believe that our success will be built on delivering excellent service to our clients. This means you can be confident that we will deliver on all aspects of Estate Agency in an honest, open and transparent way. As an example our valued clients are given the personal mobile number of the partner, who is their main contact in the office, allowing us to provide immaculate services from instruction to completion.

Being Local
Wye has proclaimed the pride we have in High Wycombe in adopting the name of the river that runs through it. All The Partners in Wye Residential are all local and have practised selling properties in the High Wycombe area for most of their professional lives. As an estate agency being ‘local’ is more than just a nice touch it translates over time in knowledge and that knowledge places people in the right properties that become homes.
